⚙️ OPERATIONAL HANDLING TIPS: Because the heavy-duty vinyl-coated stainless steel cable is less pliable than standard paracord, it requires a simple handling adjustment. When lowering or raising your feeder, simply step slightly out from standing directly underneath the branch. Pulling at this comfortable angle allows the free-flowing cable line to roll smoothly and perfectly through the pulley mechanism. Please note: Recommended weight restriction is 20 lbs. for easy, comfortable handling. Bird feeder is not included. ⚠️ CUSTOM ORDER DISCLOSURES & REPLACEMENT POLICY: Bears are extremely persistent when they want a snack. They may try to shimmy up the tree, slide out onto the branch, or swipe at the line repeatedly to spill the seed. In extreme cases, a bear may even break the tree branch itself! Because each Bear Proof system is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on this item. However, we stand proudly behind our craftsmanship: if you face an exceptionally persistent bear and a part breaks, we offer a one-time replacement for broken hardware parts.
